Meet the Founder

Christopher Bradley began his career in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Submarine Service, where he developed a strong foundation in operational discipline and situational awareness. Following his military service, he entered the Waste-to-Energy industry as an auxiliary operator and went on to build nearly four decades of experience in plant operations, mass burn stoker systems, combustion optimization, and air emissions compliance.

Throughout his career, he worked extensively with Martin GmbH, supporting Martin Stoker startups and combustion system commissioning projects. His experience includes startup support, combustion tuning, operational troubleshooting, and long-term performance stabilization for both new and existing units.

Christopher is also a co-holder of a patent related to Very Low NOx (VLN) combustion technology and has provided training and operational guidance to hundreds of operators and engineers throughout the Waste-to-Energy industry.
